From the outset Rella Plastics instigated a policy to invest and re-invest in the best of both equipment and people. Rella cater for a variety of mouldings ranging from small through to large.

Moulding Facilities & Capacity

Range of machines – 120 Tonne to 1450 Tonne

Range of shot capacity – from 10 gms up to 10 kgs.

Within the range of machines listed, Rella currently run 16 machines with provision to add another 4 machines if and when required.

Rella operates 24 hours per day, minimum 5-6 days per week (7 days per week if required).

Rella also has 2 x 10 Tonne capacity overhead cranes for ease and flexibility of die changes.
